This former TNO site, nestled in a wooded area along Utrechtseweg in Zeist, is undergoing phased redevelopment into an iconic, sustainable science park for the next generation.
The first building, Vita Terra, is expected to be delivered in Q1 2028, followed by Vita Sylva and Vita Fons.
